The school's current letterhead contains an artistic
blend of the letters D and B-the initials of Don Bosco, the name by
which St. John Bosco is commonly known. Not only do the letters remind
us of our school's patron saint, but the design itself indicates balance-which
is what we strive for in our educational mission: a balance between
academic and technological studies; a balance between self and others;
and a balance between activity and rest.
The educational environment that we have created supports the growth
of all-parents, students, faculty and staff-by fostering this balanced
school environment. Salesian educators offer their students the
time, opportunity, and guidance to know themselves better, to understand
the purpose for their lives, and to be prepared to take their places
within their families, their church, and our society.
