The Process

Work on this Strategic Plan began in the Fall of 2020, using the unique circumstances presented by the Covid-19 pandemic to enter a thorough examination of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that Tech experiences in the current landscape. It concluded in May 2021, after interviews and fact finding conducted by the Executive Service Corps of Southern California. The result of the analysis of responses and discussion of the strategic planning committee is this document.

Elements of the Plan

Most specifically, this strategic vision will address four major elements of Bosco Tech’s future:

  1. Strengthening Tech’s governance and organizational capacity
  2. Strengthening and expanding Tech’s academic program 
  3. Strengthening and renewing Tech’s facilities
  4. Strengthening Tech’s financial position
