At Don Bosco Technical Institute, we respect and are committed to protecting your privacy with regard to your personal information. We will only collect that information when you complete the following registration forms.

The personal information you provide may include but is not limited to addresses, zip codes, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses. In addition, non-public personal information is any information that may include bank account numbers and/or credit or debit card numbers.

The personally identifiable information you provide to us is considered private data. We are the sole owners of the information provided. The data may be shared with those employees of Bosco Tech as deemed necessary to provide the specific service requested, such as mailing information to you or processing tuition payments. No personally identifiable information is ever shared with other organizations, advertisers, or third parties without your explicit permission.

The school does reserve the right to share user information in the event that it is necessary to comply with any legal process.

Each student is responsible for acquainting himself with and abiding by all regulations regarding academic performance, attendance, conduct, and other matters of school policy as contained in the Parent-Student Handbook.

Tuition for the 019-2020 school year is $12,100

*If receiving tuition assistance, the amount will be prorated and applied towards the tuition balance for the billing period.


The following fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable, and must be paid in full according to the following fee schedule:

 ENROLLMENT FEE of $600 is due on February 8, 2019 for each student enrolled and must accompany this signed and completed form (This fee will be billed and paid through FACTS Management for all current students on the aforementioned date). If not paid by February 8, 2019 the Enrollment Fee will increase to $700, and if not paid by June 1, 2019 it will increase to $800.

 STUDENT SERVICES FEE is $750 per student, paid in two installments of $375 due on March 8 and April 5, 2019

(This fee will be billed and paid through FACTS Management on the aforementioned dates.)

 FRESHMAN STUDIES PROGRAM FEE (APPLIES TO INCOMING FRESHMEN ONLY) is $400 for each freshman student enrolled and is due no later than May 10, 2019. (This fee will be billed and paid through FACTS Management on the aforementioned date.)

 NONSUFFICIENT FUNDS FEE is $50 for each occurrence. No personal checks will be accepted after a second transaction is returned for insufficient funds and all future payments for the remainder of school year must be made in cash, cashier’s check, and/or money order.

 Additional fees, such as Athletic Fee, will be billed as incurred and due immediately.


Bosco Tech uses FACTS Management, a tuition management company, to process all financial transactions to the school. FACTS is trusted and used by thousands of schools nationwide. Each Bosco Tech family is designated its own secure FACTS account where they can conveniently make payments, view their payment schedule, and update account information online. Full instructions for using FACTS services will also be available and sent by e-mail. All families are required to create a FACTS account. FACTS charges an annual registration fee for their services. FACTS fees will be waived for families paying tuition annually and semiannually. FACTS fees for semi-annual tuition payments will be waived only if the second installment of tuition is received no later than November 1, 2019.


If a student withdraws or is dismissed, student fees and total tuition for that semester will become immediately due and payable. A pro-rated tuition refund is granted only if the student officially withdraws in writing before the end of the fourth week of class instruction and if the withdrawal is not for disciplinary reasons. All fees are non-refundable. In the event of suspension or dismissal for disciplinary reasons, no pro-rated tuition refund will be granted. Please refer to the following table:

 We recognize that the school depends upon tuition and fees for its operation. We agree that by removing the above-named student from the school for any portion of the term of this contract, or by failing to enroll the student after executing this contract, we will have breached this contract and materially altered the position of the school. Therefore, we understand and agree that unless this contract is canceled by written notice to the school per the Refund policy outlined above, we will be responsible to pay the full amount of the tuition and fees for the semester.

 We understand that the school will correspond with the primary signer(s) of this contract for all financial matters. Each individual signing this contract will be responsible for payment of tuition, fees, and all incidental charges, both jointly and severally.

 We understand that the school is not responsible for the enforcement of private agreements made between divorced parents for the assignment of tuition payments.

 We agree to make timely tuition and fee payments when due. Failure to meet all financial deadlines may result in dismissal of the student and/or suspension of instruction to the student unless we present evidence in advance that financial arrangements deemed satisfactory to the school have been made to meet our full obligation for tuition and fees.

 We understand and agree that all tuition, fees, and charges must be paid in full by the 1st of May 2020 or the student may not be allowed to take examinations for credit or participate in any commencement exercises or receive a school diploma upon graduation.

 In the event that a dispute arises between the school and the signee(s) to this Agreement, then the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and actual costs. The parties agree that jurisdiction over any legal matter related to this Agreement shall be the Los Angeles Superior Court or small claims court as appropriate.

 We agree that all representations are merged into this Agreement and that this Agreement can be modified only in writing signed by the school and the parent/guardian.

 We understand and agree that the student's enrollment is contingent upon the material accuracy of the statements made in the Application, and is further contingent upon the student's satisfactory completion of his present academic program at the school.

 We understand and agree to abide by the policies and guidelines as documented in the Parent- Student Handbook.
