Athletic Clearance

Welcome, Athletes! Thank you for participating in Bosco Tech’s Athletic Programs.  To take part in one of our organized sports, you must complete athletic clearance, the CIF Home registration, plus four (4) Supplemental Forms, which must be filled out.

The Supplemental Forms must be uploaded on CIF Home to be fully cleared to play any CIF sport. Physical copies are not required to be turned in. All forms on CIF Home are required to be signed electronically by parents and student/athletes.
