Head Coach - brian waters

Coach Brian Waters brings 17 years of coaching experience to Bosco Tech Athletics, including 4 years as Bosco Tech Head Golf Coach. He earned his B.A. in Government from Grand Canyon University and is committed to helping student-athletes recognize and develop their potential both on and off the course.

Coach Waters’ coaching philosophy is centered on the belief that every person has potential; they simply need guidance in how to develop it. He emphasizes personal growth and encourages his athletes to be honest with themselves and others, understand their strengths and areas for improvement, and take ownership of their development.

As the head coach of Bosco Tech Golf, Coach Waters is excited about the upcoming season and the strong foundation within the program. With a solid group of returning players at both levels, along with newcomers who have demonstrated a willingness and desire to put in the practice necessary to improve their game, he looks forward to seeing the team continue to grow and compete.

For Coach Waters, golf provides an opportunity to teach lessons that extend beyond the green—patience, accountability, perseverance, and the importance of continually working to improve.

His coaching motto is simple: “The most important shot is the next one.”
